Because Blender can get pretty complicated, we have put all the basics in the Level 1 class and left the Level 2 class for those that are ready to apply their fundamentals to creating new content.
We hope you are competent and confident with navigating your way around a computer. A laptop or desktop with Blender3D already installed. We will host an install day for those that need help.
Age restrictions: Though actual age is not a factor we have found that this class is difficult for most younger and best suited for those that are pretty computer savvy middle schoolers, high schoolers and adults. We have found that starting Level 2 by 6th grade is not unheard of, as long as Level 1 (all 4 quarters) has been completed.
Target Student: Artists who want to learn to bring their assets alive, Game Developers who wish to expand their skillsets, complete beginners who are willing to work hard, creative minded individuals that want to bring a concept to the digital world be it real world physical art or digital art.
